At Stickerized, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We work hard to provide premium-quality posters, stickers, and custom products with secure packaging and reliable service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Customers may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product has a major printing defect
  • Item is missing from the order

To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof and order details.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom-designed posters or stickers
  • Personalized products approved by customers
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Items reported after the allowed return period

Stickerized reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.


3. Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged or missing item claims, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

  • Package condition
  • Shipping label
  • Product inside the package

Without proper proof, return or replacement approval may become difficult.


4. Return Process

If your product qualifies for return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID along with photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
  4. Approved cases may receive replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed after verification and approval by our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges may not be refundable.
  • COD convenience fees (if any) may not be refunded.
  • Refund approval depends on product condition and issue verification.

6. Replacement Policy

If a replacement request is approved, Stickerized will arrange a replacement product based on stock availability.

Replacement processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Customer location
  • Courier delivery timelines

7. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom design orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable after approval.


8. Damaged Packaging or Delivery Issues

Stickerized is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier handling, natural disasters, weather conditions, or incorrect customer information.

However, we always try our best to help customers resolve genuine delivery-related issues.
