Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Customers can request order cancellation only before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is confirmed for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible with their order details.
2. Custom Design Orders
Stickerized also offers custom poster and sticker designs based on customer requirements. Since custom products are specially created for individual customers:
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once the design work has started.
- Approved custom designs are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing custom design details before final approval.
3. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.
In such situations:
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
- Refunds may not include shipping costs.
- Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information while placing orders.
4. Refund Processing
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.
Cash on Delivery orders may only qualify for cancellation before dispatch confirmation.

All Stickerized orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. During high-demand sales, festive seasons, or product launches, processing time may increase slightly.
Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once the order is dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery may take additional time
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Occasionally, Stickerized may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or collections.
4. Tracking Information
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available). Customers can use the tracking link to monitor delivery updates in real time.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact Stickerized within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Packaging images
Our support team will review the issue and provide replacement assistance if eligible.
6. Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, Stickerized is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Courier service issues
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect customer information
